The Graduate Trainee program is run over a period of 24 months and covers extensive training and development opportunities for Graduates from various fields of study, e.g. Engineering, Finance and Marketing. Although there are no guarantees of permanent employment after the successful completion of the Graduate Trainee program, the graduates may apply for any vacancies in the relevant departments.
This year FMCSA is very proud to announce that we have been accredited by SAICA, the leading professional accounting body in SA, as an approved Training Centre to offer the exciting opportunity to students to earn the prestigious CA(SA) title through a 3-year internship as a SAICA accredited Trainee Accountant. Candidates will gain first-hand experience of the Finance function in a multi-national automotive company, including Accounting, Internal Control, Taxation, month-end reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
Career exhibitions are attended annually at various universities where students can enquire about FMCSA’s Graduate Trainee, Bursary programs and now also the CA Internship program.
Every year students from various universities are invited to apply for either the Bursary or Graduate Trainee programs. The applicants are screened and the best students are selected to join the various programs.
