SYNC®4’s conversational voice recognition system has seen SYNC®4 evolve into an intelligent, voice-activated in-vehicle digital assistant, always on hand to help when you need it.
Cabin temperature too toasty? Tell SYNC®4 “I am hot”, and it will prompt you to set the air-con to cool.
Want to check a text message you have received while driving? Tell SYNC®4 to read it to you and, if you need to, dictate a reply and have SYNC®4 send it - all without lifting a finger off the steering wheel.

How do I talk to SYNC®4?1

- Press the Controls and Settings button.
- Press Ford Assistant.
- Select Listen For Wake Word.
- Select Preferred Wake Word to list options.
- Select a wake word or phrase from the following:
- Ok Ford (default).
- OK, FordPass.
- OK, Ford SYNC.
- Hello Ford.
