Modes

Your Taurus comes equipped with selectable drive modes that are designed to best manage your vehicle settings in a variety of situations.

The three modes - Normal, Eco and Sport - have each been engineered to adjust throttle response and gear shifts to help you maximise the vehicle’s capabilities.

To access your drive modes

Press the Features buttons on the right-hand side of the Home Screen.
Tap the Drive Modes button, then select the drive mode you want.

Normal

Designed for everyday driving by balancing all vehicle systems for comfort, convenience and excitement.

Eco

Engineered to help prioritize fuel economy over performance. Selecting Eco will change the background color on the instrument panel to green, and a leaf icon will appear next to the gear selection icons.

Sport

Tuned for spirited and engaged driving, with a priority on vehicle acceleration and driving dynamics. The instrument panel background color will change to blue, and a sporty S icon will appear at the bottom of the screen.
