To change Pre-Collision Assist settings, tap the downwards arrow next to Pre-Collision Assist in the Driver Assistance menu.
You can:
Toggle Automatic Emergency Braking on or off.
Toggle Evasive Steering Assist on or off.

The system uses a series of sensors and radars around the car to detect and alert you to any other road users who may have entered rear blind spots around your vehicle.
The system can be toggled on or off.
This system is designed to reduce low-speed damage or assist in avoiding a collision with objects behind the car. Using sensors on the rear of the vehicle, the system functions when you’re in reverse and traveling at a speed between 2–12 km/h.
If the system detects an obstacle behind your vehicle, it will provide a warning through the rear parking aid or cross traffic alert system. You’ll hear warning sounds increase in rate as you get closer to the object, and a warning message may also appear on the dash.
If you don’t react to the warnings and the system determines that a collision may occur, it may abruptly apply full brakes and attempt to bring the vehicle to a stop at a safe distance from the obstacle. This can happen very quickly and may take you by surprise - but it’s designed to help reduce the risk of collision. The system is also designed to hold the brakes for a short time, but may start to move again if you don’t remain in control.
Accessing Reverse Brake Assist options via SYNC®:
From the Settings menu, press Driver Assistance.
Switch Reverse Brake Assist on or off.
Overriding Reverse Brake Assist:
There may be times when the system provides unexpected or unwanted braking. You can override this by firmly pressing the accelerator pedal, or by switching the system off.
